Fast Eddy lives in the heartland of BBQ, Kansas City, MO. He is a retired KCMO fire fighter and his passion has been BBQ cooking since 1986 when he cooked at his first American Royal cook off. He became interested in cooking with wood pellets in 1990 and went on to market with his own design of a smoker oven using pellets in 1998. He has traveled many places in the world cooking BBQ and is always searching for new and better ways to improve on the Best BBQ in the world, ours! http://www.cookshack.com
