Themes: The themes and schedule for the Released & Ready Series 90 Day Series of Change follow a seasonal or 90-day schedule. Just as it takes 90 days for a season to pass in nature, so too does it take 90 days for a personal “season” to truly pass and take effect. A. The Season of Creation: “Be The Creator of Your Success—NOT—A Victim of Your Circumstances” Change your thinking to attain the life you are destined to live B. The Season of Reinvention: “Through the Looking Glass of Reinvention: Say Hello to the New “You””: Self-discovery; Self-determination and Self-Actualization C. The Season of Cultivation: “Cultivating Your GTA—Gifts, Talents & Abilities”: Tap into the Potential of Your GTA to Discover & Live Your Purpose D. The Season of Reflection: Reflection, Redirection & Release: Making Decisions, Taking Action Reflection, Reassessment & Refocus Each 90-Day Season requires the creation and completion of a 90-day action plan, strategy sessions and regular reflection, personal and professional development. Participation requires completion of the emailed assignments as well as participation in the scheduled conference calls. How do I apply? Participation in the Released & Ready Series requires a commitment to a 90-day season. You may choose any season that you wan to participate in, but once you begin the process, you must complete it. Because this process is a selective one, it is important that all interested participants complete an interview and application prior to beginning the next Season. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and the process is completed online. After your application is received, you will be scheduled for an interview.
