What Is The Tour?

The Released & Ready Tour is a one-day intensive retreat, conference and strategic working session designed especially to help you tap into what fuels your passion, aligns with your purpose and builds your legacy. 
What can I expect?

  • This is a one-day intensive, active, participatory, working session.
  • That means we’re going to get “down and dirty” and strip away the barriers that have been holding you back and keeping you from achieving, becoming and being who you’re destined to be.
  • It doesn’t matter if it’s personal or professional.
  • It doesn’t matter if it’s mental or physical.
  • If you need to change it; want to change it and are ready to tackle it–we’re ready to deal with it!
All attendees will receive

  • Released & Ready Strategic Guide–your 3-ring binder complete with all conference handouts
  • Strategy guides and action plans
  • Resource guide to assist you in your personal and professional development
  • 30 days of follow-up Collaborative Conference Calls
  • Contact information for your new colleagues
  • Connection meetups, email newsletters and additional support

Breakfast and lunch is included in the registration, unless otherwise noted.
There are a number of factors that stand in the way of our success. Released & ReadyTM is a way to not only address the issues that many people face, but to help them to outline strategies to deal with them; to lay out a plan of action of what to do next and then to connect them with a support system of individuals who have begun the same journey who can serve as both accountability partners and offer encouragement along the way.  Released and ReadyTM is more than just a one-day conference or retreat.  It is not just a motivational event.  It is designed to provide not only the tools, but the strategies and the support for individuals ages 35 and older and entering that phase in their lives when they are wondering “What’s next?”.

Throughout this conference–which is limited to a maximum of 50 attendees per tour stop–participants will engage in mini-networking and strategy sessions within their groups, where they will have the opportunity to collaborate and meet every single person in attendance and form the beginning of what will become long-lasting bonds.
They will be taught the five steps necessary for making and sustaining long-lasting change:

  1. Reflecting on their patterns;
  2. Refining their thinking;
  3. Rejuvenating their spirit;
  4. Redirecting their path and
  5. Releasing themselves to act

Participants will form connections, participate in hands-on collaborations and develop new systems as they are led through two whole group sessions and four small group strategy sessions.

All of these sessions will enable you to discover what has been holding you back so you can:

  • Walk away with tangible, strategic next steps! 
  • Build a network of supportive sisters who will travel with you along the journey;
  • Create a tangible Strategy Plan and Action Steps to take with you as a road map to follow &
  • Spend a Saturday discovering, uncovering and recovering your passion, purpose and legacy.

The Release Yourself Tour is designed to provide participants with a solid foundation from which to launch the next phase of your journey. The Tour provides the option for attendees to participate either in-person for half-day or whole-day sessions or virtually.

At the conclusion of each Tour event, a Release Yourself Learning Collaborative Group will be formed comprised of participants who have attended the mini-retreat in that city. This group will form the basis for an on-going source of support, motivation, accountability and encouragement as you continue your journey.
